Job Summary We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Pharmaceutical Warehouse/Godown Staff member to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, arranging, picking, packing, and dispatching pharmaceutical products while maintaining proper stock records and storage standards.

Key Responsibilities Receive pharmaceutical products and verify quantities against invoices or delivery documents. Check products for damage, expiry dates, batch numbers, and packaging condition . Arrange medicines systematically according to product type, batch, and expiry.

Follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles while picking products. Maintain proper cleanliness and hygiene of the warehouse. Pick and pack orders accurately as per invoices or order sheets. Prepare medicines and products for dispatch.





Maintain accurate stock records and assist with regular physical stock verification. Report shortages, damaged goods, expired products, or discrepancies to the supervisor immediately. Ensure pharmaceutical products are stored under the required storage conditions.

Handle products carefully to prevent damage or contamination. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required. Maintain proper documentation and filing of warehouse records. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and applicable pharmaceutical storage requirements.

Perform any other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
