About the Role

We are looking for a strong Content Writer / AI Content Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience creating high-quality content optimized for Generative Engines and Answer Engines .

The ideal candidate should combine excellent writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of AI-driven search, GEO/AEO principles, and AI-assisted content creation . Experience in FinTech, Automotive, Healthcare, or Electronics is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, engaging, and GEO/AEO-friendly content for digital platforms.
- Write, edit, and proofread blogs, articles, website content, landing pages, marketing copy, and other digital content .
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Claude , or similar platforms to enhance content creation, research, and productivity.
- Create and refine human-edited AI-generated content , ensuring accuracy, originality, readability, and brand alignment.
- Conduct keyword and search-intent research and implement GEO/AEO best practices to improve content visibility across generative and answer engines.
- Research industry trends, topics, and audience needs to create informative, authoritative, and audience-focused content .
- Collaborate with Marketing, Business, SEO, and Product teams to develop content strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze content performance and identify opportunities to improve discoverability, relevance, and AI search visibility .
- Ensure consistency in tone, style, quality, and brand messaging across all content.

Mandatory Requirements

- Strong Content Writer / AI Content Marketing Specialist profile.
- 5+ years of professional experience in content writing ,



with hands-on experience creating content designed to perform in Generative Engines and Answer Engines .
- Practical experience using AI-powered content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms .
- Strong ability to edit and enhance AI-generated content manually , ensuring the final content is human-quality, accurate, engaging, and original.
- Strong understanding of how Generative Engines and Answer Engines work and how content can be structured and optimized for AI-driven discovery.
- Strong understanding of GEO, AEO, SEO, search intent, content relevance, and AI-driven content discovery .
- Education: Degree in Mass Communication / Media Studies from a Tier 1 institute , such as IIMC Delhi, FTII, SIMC Pune, Lady Shri Ram College Delhi, or equivalent.
- Domain Experience: Minimum 1+ year of experience in at least one of the following domains: FinTech, Automotive, Healthcare, Electronics
- Age: Candidate should be below 30 years .

Preferred Skills

- Strong research, storytelling, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to translate complex topics into transparent, engaging, and authoritative content .
- Understanding of structured content, semantic relevance, entities, and conversational search .
- Experience working with SEO/GEO tools and content analytics platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent brand voice and editorial standards .
