The title says "AI Engineering," but it's really an engineering and problem-solving role — solving real business problems, not building fancy demos. What we're actually looking for is a problem solver with a tech-first, AI-native mindset, someone not tied to any specific tech stack or technology. You'll own real systems end to end: voice AI agents, RAG assistants, agentic workflows and LLM automation for contact-center operations, with direct exposure to the CEO and leadership. What we want from you: curiosity, ownership,



a builder mindset and a genuine learning attitude.

What to send: real, impactful projects — a live working link or a short video explaining what business problem you solved with GenAI and how. Not interested in dummy, vibe-coded projects built over a weekend.

Freshers are welcome, provided the proof of work is real.

A few preferences: immediate joiners, 2024–2026 graduating batch, and Tier-1 college graduates.
