Job Description-
Purpose-
This role supports the ServiceNow HRSD module at customer side.
The primary purpose of this role is to manage and conduct testing, support release management and system upgrade activities for Service Now HR (Colleague Connect Portal).
You will be involved in working with stakeholders across People & Culture and Technology teams
Accountabilities-
Work closely with developers, product and process owners to to lead testing through implementation this includes things such as functional unit testing, integration testing, regression testing/ BVT and support UAT.
Creation of test cases
Where required complete TSR
Documenting testing outcomes, and raising and managing defects where required
Providing technical expertise and testing and implementation of changes within HRSD
Diagnosing technical issues that may arise during the development life cycle, and raising defects where required
Providing technical solution definition and design, system configuration, data integration, and technical support during the implementation phase.
