Essential Job Functions:
Ideate, design, and drive end-to-end innovation projects from concept and prototyping through implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
Build scalable, cutting-edge solutions leveraging Full-Stack Development, AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and Data Science.
Apply AI/GenAI techniques such as Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Prompt Engineering, and Predictive Modeling to develop intelligent features and proof-of-concepts.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, and Data teams to identify innovation opportunities and deliver high-impact solutions.
Conduct technical reviews of systems and emerging technologies to identify risks, gaps,



and opportunities.
Provide actionable recommendations and mitigation strategies for technical challenges.
Demonstrate understanding of technology stacks from both functional and architectural perspectives.
Debug complex issues and optimize application and system performance.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for prototypes, AI models, frameworks, and processes.
Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge-sharing across teams.
Contribute to business intelligence initiatives including dashboards, metrics, and knowledge repositories.
Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices.
Manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions in a quick-paced setting.

Qualifications:
3+ years of hands-on experience in software development and technical innovation projects.
