Essential Job Functions:

Platform Administration & Operations
Manage and monitor the Power Platform settings (production, non-production) including capacity, licensing, and workplace lifecycle
Implement and maintain governance guardrails and data loss prevention (DLP) policies to ensure secure and compliant platform usage
Manage user access, setting provisioning, and role-based security models in line with enterprise standards




Monitor platform health, usage metrics, and telemetry using CoE tools, Power Platform Admin Center, and Azure Monitor
Lead incident management, service stability, and platform updates, ensuring minimal disruption to business services
Collaborate with security and risk teams to maintain compliance with data residency, privacy, and identity access management policies

Solution Development & Delivery
Design, develop, and deploy low-code/no-code solutions using Power Automate cloud flows, AI Builder, and Copilot Studio
Build and optimize Copilot Studio agents, conversational workflows, and context-aware integrations with enterprise data sources (e.g., SharePoint, ServiceNow, Confluence)
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions
Deep knowledge of creation of custom connectors, premium connectors, and Data
