Job Description
We are hiring a ServiceNow ITAM Developer with expertise in implementing IT Asset Management solutions across hardware, software, and enterprise assets.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ITAM modules
Maintain CMDB and asset lifecycle processes
Develop workflows, catalog items, and automation
Integrate ITAM with procurement and discovery tools
Create dashboards and reports
Support governance and compliance activities
Required Skills
Experience in ServiceNow ITAM implementation
Knowledge of HAM/SAM modules
Solid scripting and integration skills
ITIL process understanding
