Role Description The General Manager Sales Marketing role is a full-time, in office position based in Thrissur. This role is responsible for leading sales and marketing operations for entire Kerala, setting targets, and driving business growth in alignment with the company’s electrical safety solutions. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales activities, developing marketing strategies, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

The General

Manager will guide and mentor the sales and customer service teams, monitor performance metrics, and implement initiatives to expand market presence. The role also involves coordinating with production and management teams, preparing reports for leadership, and ensuring that sales and marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong General Management skills with experience in leading teams and overseeing cross-functional operations.
- Proven Sales capabilities, including target setting, pipeline management, negotiation, and revenue growth.
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills focused on building long-term relationships and delivering high-quality support.
- Team Management skills to recruit, train, motivate, and develop sales and service personnel.
- Experience in marketing strategy,



brand positioning, and promotional activities within industrial or electrical products is an advantage.
- Lead and manage the entire Sales & Marketing team across Kerala.
- Manage and coordinate CRM and Logistics support teams.
- Work closely with Production, Accounts, Operations, HR and other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
- Develop sales strategies, market plans and performance monitoring systems.
- Ensure effective customer relationship management and timely order execution.
- Conduct regular reviews and guide the sales team toward achieving business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar senior management role.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in using CRM and basic business software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
