Role: General Manager – Cluster Operations

Location: Coorg, Karnataka

Reporting to: COO/ Founder

Compensation: ₹10–12 LPA + company-provided accommodation + performance-linked incentives

Role Description

We’re looking for an experienced hospitality operator to lead Raho’s operations across our growing portfolio in Coorg. This role will own operational standards, build scalable systems and lead the teams responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality guest and property experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end operations across Raho’s Coorg portfolio.
- Manage and develop Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, Property Operations and Quality & Training functions.
- Build, implement and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, audits and operational review systems.
- Establish clear operating metrics, reporting cadences, SLAs and accountability across teams.
- Drive property quality through regular inspections, audits and corrective-action plans.
- Build preventive maintenance systems and ensure high standards of property upkeep.
- Ensure frontline teams are trainedand consistently meeting Raho service standards.
- Use guest feedback,



reviews and operational data to identify recurring issues and drive improvements.
- Oversee operational readiness and quality sign-off for recent property launches.
- Build and develop a scalable cluster operations structure as Raho expands.

Qualifications:

- 8–12+ years of experience in hotel/resort operations.
- Strong cross-functional understanding of Rooms, Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering/Maintenance and Guest Experience.
- Proven experience managing frontline teams, operational standards, audits and SOPs.
- Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred.

Apply if you are

- Have previously worked as a General Manager, Resident Manager, Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Cluster Operations Manager or Assistant General Manager in a hotel/resort environment.
- Have managed operations for approximately 80+ rooms/keys or a comparable multi-property operation.
- Have directly managed multiple operational departments — not only a single function such as Front Office or F&B.;
- Have experience building and implementing SOPs, audits, preventive-maintenance systems and quality controls.
- Have managed and developed large frontline hospitality teams.
- Are highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable using data and operational metrics.
- Are willing to relocate to and be based in Coorg.
- Want to build and scale an operations function rather than simply manage an established hotel.
