Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall business operations and coordinate with department heads.

- Monitor Manufacturing, HR, and Sales departments.

- Ensure smooth coordination of production, manpower, materials, inventory, and dispatch.

- Review departmental performance, MIS, KPIs, and reports.

- Improve systems, SOPs, workflows, and operational efficiency.

- Manage vendors, procurement, inventory, and operational requirements.

- Conduct review meetings and ensure timely execution of action plans.

- Resolve day-to-day operational and interdepartmental issues.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality, and safety standards.

- Coordinate with senior management on performance and improvement plans.

- Take responsibility for overall productivity, coordination, and execution.

- 10 + years of experience in FMCG.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
