Sunrise Computers is hiring an experienced GeM and Government Tender Executive to independently manage the complete tendering process for IT hardware, software and technology solutions.

The candidate must have practical experience working on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) and should be capable of handling opportunities from tender identification and bid submission through order execution, invoicing, CRAC and payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Regularly search and identify relevant IT tenders and bids on the GeM portal.
- Evaluate bid eligibility, technical specifications, commercial conditions and deadlines.
- Handle direct purchase, L1 purchase, bidding, BOQ bids, custom bids and reverse auctions.
- Prepare and submit complete technical and financial bids within deadlines.
- Arrange OEM authorisation, MAF, product datasheets, compliance sheets and supporting documents.
- Prepare declarations, undertakings, experience documents and turnover certificates.
- Manage EMD, bid security, performance bank guarantees and related documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for specifications, pricing, stock and authorisations.
- Monitor bid status, corrigenda, clarifications and buyer communications.
- Participate in reverse auctions and coordinate pricing approvals with management.
- Accept and process GeM orders after successful bid completion.
- Coordinate product procurement, delivery, installation and order fulfilment.
- Prepare GeM invoices and upload delivery and supporting documents.




- Follow up for consignee acceptance, CRAC generation and payments.
- Maintain systematic records of bids, orders, deadlines, documents and payment status.
- Ensure complete compliance with tender terms and GeM portal requirements.
- Also monitor relevant opportunities on CPPP and other government e-tendering portals.

Mandatory Candidate Requirements
- Minimum three years of hands-on GeM or government tendering experience.
- Freshers and candidates without relevant tendering experience will not be considered.
- Experience in tenders for laptops, desktops, printers, servers, networking, software or other IT products is strongly preferred.
- Complete knowledge of GeM bidding, BOQ, reverse auctions, order processing and invoicing.
- Valuable understanding of tender documents, technical compliance and commercial conditions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PDF documentation and email communication.
- Ability to independently manage multiple tenders and strict submission deadlines.
- Strong coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of DSC usage and government procurement procedures.

Preferred Background Candidates who have worked with an IT reseller, system integrator, OEM partner, distributor or government supplier will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
