Full Stack Developer – AI Compliance Platform

About the Role

We are building an early-stage AI-powered product that helps businesses manage legal and regulatory compliance more effectively.

The first version of the platform is already live. Our next phase is focused on strengthening the product, improving performance and reliability, and building a scalable foundation for future growth.

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can take ownership of features from concept to production. You will work across the frontend, backend, database, integrations and deployment setting—and contribute to decisions about how the overall product should work and feel.

This is an execution-heavy role for someone who enjoys building, solving ambiguous problems and seeing their work directly influence the product.

What You’ll Work On

● Build and improve product features using React and TypeScript

● Develop and maintain backend services using Python and FastAPI

● Design reliable APIs and integrations with internal and external systems

● Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design, queries, migrations and performance optimisation

● Strengthen authentication, authorisation and role-based access controls

● Integrate AI models and AI-powered workflows into the product

● Improve application performance, security and production reliability

● Set up and maintain deployment, monitoring, logging and error-tracking systems

● Identify and resolve technical debt, architectural limitations and production issues





● Collaborate with UX/UI and AI team members to deliver complete, user-friendly experiences

● Participate in technical planning and help shape the platform’s architecture

What We’re Looking For

● Strong experience with React, TypeScript and modern frontend development

● Proficiency in Python and experience building APIs with FastAPI or a similar framework

● Practical experience with PostgreSQL and relational database design

● Understanding of REST APIs, authentication and backend architecture

● Experience deploying and maintaining production web applications

● Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

● Ability to independently diagnose and solve technical problems

● Strong product thinking and attention to user experience

● Comfort working in an early-stage environment where requirements may evolve

● A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of shipped work

Good to Have

● Experience integrating large language models or other AI services

● Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings or vector databases

● Experience with cloud infrastructure, Docker and CI/CD pipelines

● Knowledge of application security and secure handling of sensitive data

● Experience with automated testing, monitoring and observability





● Previous experience working on SaaS, legal-tech, reg-tech or compliance products

● Experience designing multi-tenant applications and role-based workflows

Compensation

Compensation is open and will be determined based on experience, technical ability and overall fit.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
