Full Stack Web Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Web Developer who can independently build, maintain, and improve websites and web applications.

You will work across both frontend and backend development, collaborate with designers and project teams, and be responsible for delivering high-quality websites within project timelines.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys working on different projects, learning new technologies, and taking ownership of development tasks.

Key ResponsibilitiesFrontend Development

- Develop responsive and user-friendly websites and web applications.
- Convert UI/UX designs into functional web pages.
- Build reusable frontend components.
- Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Ensure websites work properly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Integrate frontend applications with APIs.
- Optimize websites for performance and loading speed.
- Fix frontend bugs and browser compatibility issues.

Backend Development
- Develop and maintain backend applications and APIs.
- Work with Node.js and Express.js or a similar backend framework.
- Create and integrate REST APIs.
- Implement basic authentication, authorization, and business logic.
- Connect applications with databases.
- Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues.
- Maintain existing applications and improve functionality when required.

Database
- Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Create and manage basic database structures and queries.
- Understand relationships between data and optimize queries when required.

Deployment & Maintenance
- Deploy websites and web applications to hosting/server environments.
- Perform basic server and application configuration.
- Work with Git/GitHub for version control.




- Monitor and troubleshoot production issues.
- Maintain existing websites and applications after deployment.

Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on web development experience.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React.js or a similar frontend framework.
- Experience with Node.js and Express.js or equivalent backend technology.
- Good understanding of REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Good understanding of responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Ability to debug frontend and backend issues.
- Valuable understanding of website development lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good to Have
- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, cPanel, VPS, or cloud hosting.
- Understanding of basic SEO and website performance optimization.
- Experience working in a digital agency or startup environment.
