Identify, qualify, and pursue new business prospects across industries. N
Lead the end-to-end pitch process — from understanding client needs to delivering winning presentations and proposals. N
Build and maintain robust client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact during onboarding and transition to the client servicing team. N
Collaborate closely with strategy, creative, and leadership teams to design solutions tailored to client goals. N
Conduct market analysisto identify emerging trends, competitor activity, and potential business segments. N
Track performance metrics, sales conversions, and revenue growth through structured reporting. N
Guide and mentor the business development team to achieve collective and individual targets. N




Represent Rioconn at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and credibility. N

nEssentials:

3+ years of proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales in advertising, digital marketing, or related industries. N
Solid presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. N
Ability to craft compelling business proposals and marketing pitches. N
Excellent understandingof digital marketing services and creative agency processes. N
Experience in managing client relationships and delivering revenue growth. N
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace and familiarity with CRM or pipeline management tools. N
Strategic, analytical, and target-oriented mindset with leadership capabilities. N
Ability to thrive underpressure and handle multiple business pursuits simultaneously N
