nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a dynamic Client Servicing Manager who can act as the key bridge between clients and internal creative teams. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end client communication, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and build long-term client relationships.
nKey Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clientsn
Understand client briefs and translate them into clear internal deliverablesn
Coordinate with creative, production, and strategy teams for timely executionn
Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvalsn




Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solvingn
Prepare presentations, proposals, and performance reportsn
Upsell/cross-sell services where relevant and support business growthn
Work closely with influencer managers, creators, and talent teams for onboarding, negotiations, and executionn
Oversee multiple accounts, budgets, timelines, and deliverablesn
Guide and mentor junior client servicing executives and account managersn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
n
3–6 years of experience in client servicing / account management (media, advertising, digital agency preferred)n
Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsn
Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyn
Positive understanding of digital content, branded campaigns, and media workflowsn
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skillsn
