About The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and contemporary AI application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying scalable AI solutions leveraging traditional machine learning techniques as well as cutting-edge Generative AI frameworks and Large Language Models (LLMs).
This role offers an chance to work on enterprise-scale AI initiatives, build production-grade AI systems, and collaborate closely with data, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problems.

Essential Job Functions:

Machine Learning & Predictive Modeling
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for business-critical use cases.
Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to derive actionable insights.




Build predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques.
Evaluate model performance and implement continuous improvements.

Generative AI & Agentic Systems
Architect and develop advanced Generative AI solutions.
Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Fine-tune and evaluate Large Language Models (LLMs) for domain-specific use cases.
Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications and knowledge repositories.

Cloud Deployment & Scalability
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Cloud Engineers to operationalize AI solutions.
Containerize and deploy machine learning and GenAI applications into production settings.
Optimize inference performance, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads.
Work across cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and Databricks.
