Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and be capable of delivering practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

The trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering technical sessions, guiding learners through real-time projects, conducting assessments, and helping students develop job-ready full-stack development skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on Full Stack Development.
- Teach frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js/Angular.
- Train students in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring Boot, or equivalent.
- Explain database concepts including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
- Teach REST APIs, authentication, CRUD operations, and backend integration.
- Guide students in developing responsive and scalable web applications.
- Provide hands-on coding exercises, assignments, and real-time project training.
- Mentor students in developing industry-standard Full Stack projects.
- Conduct coding assessments, technical evaluations, and mock interviews.
- Help learners understand Git, GitHub, deployment, and basic cloud concepts.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Full Stack Development.
- Identify students' learning challenges and provide appropriate technical guidance.
- Prepare course materials, presentations, coding examples, project documentation, and assessments.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3,



JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Positive hands-on experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Strong understanding of at least one backend technology such as Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring Boot.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and web services.
- Good understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with Git and GitHub.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and debugging techniques.
- Knowledge of deployment and cloud platforms is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications or professional training credentials will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Full Stack Development, software development, or technical training.
- Prior experience working as a Full Stack Developer, Software Engineer, Technical Trainer, or Corporate Trainer is preferred.
- Experience handling freshers, graduates, or working professionals is an advantage.
