Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Python + Full-Stack (JS) Developer to work on a full-time basis. The role requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript to develop innovative AI solutions. You will work with different companies in the US that are developing cutting‑edge commercial and research AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, high‑quality code for training and optimizing AI models.
- Conduct evaluations to benchmark model performance, analyze results, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead supervised fine‑tuning efforts, creating and maintaining task‑specific datasets for model refinement.
- Collaborate with researchers and annotators to execute reinforcement learning with human feedback and improve reward models.
- Perform peer reviews of code and documentation, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code readability and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven ability to write readable, reusable, and maintainable code in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.




- Experience with modern front‑end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular, and back‑end environments like Node.js and Nest.js.
- Hands‑on knowledge of containerization tools, particularly Docker, for deploying and scaling applications.
- Familiarity with AI model evaluation, supervised fine‑tuning, and reinforcement learning with human feedback workflows.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams, including researchers, annotators, and product engineers.
