Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Software Developer / Full Stack Developer with 6+ years of experience in developing scalable web applications and backend systems.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, Python, Flask, and MySQL, along with expertise in REST APIs, workflow automation, database optimization, role-based systems, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and convert them into scalable technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
- Develop backend APIs and automation services using Python and Flask.
- Design and manage relational databases using MySQL.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party systems and services.
- Build workflow automation systems for job assignment, tracking, status management, notifications, and client communication.
- Develop role-based systems for Admins, Team Leaders, Employees, Reviewers, Managers, and Clients.
- Implement automated job allocation and workflow management systems.
- Develop client portals for document submission, pendency management, and real-time status updates.
- Develop timesheet tracking, billing workflows, TAT monitoring, and job lifecycle management systems.
- Implement audit trails, activity logs, workflow histories, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Optimize Laravel applications, database queries, indexing, and overall application performance.
- Develop scheduled tasks, queue jobs, automation scripts, and notification systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application scalability and maintainability.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Handle multiple projects and enterprise-level application modules simultaneously.

- ClientHub – Job & Project Management Portal

Python / Flask Responsibilities Develop backend APIs and business logic for:
- Automated Excel processing
- Trial balance validation
- Working paper comparison
- Reconciliation workflows
- Error and mismatch reporting
- Workflow automation

Job & Project Management Portal Work on a comprehensive Laravel and MySQL-based portal featuring:
- Multi-role workflow management
- Intelligent job assignment
- Real-time job dashboards
- Employee timesheet tracking
- Pendency management
- Client portal access
- Automated billing reports
- Workflow status tracking
- Notification systems
- Deadline and TAT monitoring

Required Experience

- 6+ years of relevant software development experience.
- Strong experience with PHP Laravel and MySQL.

- Good understanding of database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with workflow automation and role-based access systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver solutions independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Education BCA / B.Tech or equivalent qualification.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
