We are looking for a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer – Next.js & Node.js to join our development team.

The developer will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving multiple production-ready web applications across different business domains. The primary focus will be on a Gym & Fitness Management Platform, along with other projects such as FinTech/Payment Solutions, SMS & Communication Platforms, Marketplace/Booking Applications, and other business applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development and should be comfortable working with existing codebases as well as developing new features from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js and Express.js.
- Build scalable and secure REST APIs and backend services.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
- Work with MongoDB, including schema design, queries and aggregation pipelines.
- Understand existing codebases and independently implement new features and improvements.
- Debug and resolve frontend, backend, API and production-related issues.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Work on payment gateway, SMS, notification and other business API integrations.
- Develop admin panels, dashboards and customer-facing applications.
- Implement authentication, authorization and role-based access control.
- Optimize application performance, database queries and API response times.
- Work with Git/GitHub and follow proper version-control practices.
- Deploy and maintain applications on VPS/cloud environments.
- Work with Nginx, PM2 and Linux for application deployment and maintenance when required.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and other team members to deliver projects on time.
- Take ownership of assigned modules from development through testing and production deployment.
- Work across multiple projects based on business and development requirements.




- Understand business requirements and convert them into reliable technical solutions.

Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript
- Good hands-on experience with React.js
- Good hands-on experience with Next.js
- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- Experience with Express.js
- Strong understanding of REST API development
- Good knowledge of MongoDB
- Experience with authentication and authorization
- JWT and API security concepts
- Git and GitHub
- Postman or similar API testing tools
- Understanding of responsive web development
- Basic knowledge of Linux/VPS deployment

Education

B.Tech / B.E. / MCA / BCA or equivalent qualification in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.

Practical development experience and technical skills will be given more importance than educational qualification.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
