Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Full Stack Developer with approximately 4 years of professional software development experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in one backend technology—Java, Python, or Node.js—and one frontend technology—React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. You should be comfortable working across the application stack and contributing to the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of scalable, secure, and production-ready applications.

You will work closely with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build reliable software and continuously improve application quality and performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
- Develop secure, reliable, and scalable RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build responsive, reusable, and maintainable frontend components.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Design data models and develop efficient, optimized SQL queries.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Write unit and integration tests and participate in code reviews.
- Follow coding standards, software development best practices, and version-control practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and related activities.
- Contribute to technical discussions, application architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications
- Approximately 4 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong programming fundamentals, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.




- Strong hands-on experience with at least one backend technology:
- Java: Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate, Spring Security.
- Python: FastAPI, Django, or Flask, with REST API development.
- Node.js: Express.js or NestJS, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
- Strong hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework:
- React.js
- Angular
- Vue.js
- Good knowledge of:
- JavaScript and/or TypeScript
- HTML5 and CSS3
- Responsive web development
- Component-based architecture
- REST API integration
- Frontend debugging and performance optimization
- Experience with at least one relational database:
- PostgreSQL
- MySQL
- Oracle
- Strong understanding of SQL, database design, and data modeling.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and distributed application concepts.
- Experience using Git and modern software development practices.
- Valuable communication, debugging, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and system design.
- Cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with messaging and caching technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
