nSummary: This is a core sales role at Mygate requiring a true Hunter mindset and strong consultative sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through daily field visits, actively prospecting recent leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-impact deals. You will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building trust, to negotiating and winning business.

Execute daily field visits to prospect and acquire new clientsn
Apply a hunter approach to consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunitiesn
Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutionsn
Remote Mygate's products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirementsn
Built, manage and retain solid client relationships while expanding the customer basen
Arrange and lead business meetings, demos and client presentationsn
Write proposals,



negotiate terms and close dealsn
Maintain accurate record of sales, revenue and invoicesn
Provide after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnershipsn

Proven consultative sales skills- ability to listen, diagnose and provide solutionsn
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skillsn
High self-motivation and willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based rolen
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategyn
Ability to work 6 days a week, with extensive client-facing activitiesn
