Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with foundational Data Engineering experience to work on a high-impact project for our client. The role involves building a lightweight yet robust UI layer over data-intensive backend systems. Ideal candidates will be proficient in modern frontend development, with a strong preference for those experienced in Python, Django, and HTMX frameworks.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop frontend interfaces for data-driven applications.
- Collaborate with backend and data engineering teams to integrate UI with complex datasets and APIs.
- Develop, test, and maintain features using Python + Django + HTMX.
- Ensure responsive, secure, and scalable frontend architecture.
- Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in UI/UX and software development.
- Communicate effectively with onshore (US) counterparts during overlapping hours.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Proficiency in Python and Django for web development.
- Experience with HTMX or other modern frontend frameworks/libraries.
- Basic understanding of data engineering workflows, pipelines, and backend systems.




- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with AWS services and cloud-based data platforms.
- Experience in building dashboards or data visualization layers.
