Role: Frontend Developer

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Front-End Developer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for building intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and the technical expertise to implement them. With a focus on modern front-end technologies, the role requires proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ReactJS.

Location: Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop responsive, scalable, and visually appealing web and mobile user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain interactive web applications using ReactJS, ensuring high performance and seamless user experiences.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to implement functional and user-friendly features.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth functionality across different browsers and devices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, following industry standards.
- Conduct testing and gather user feedback to continuously improve application performance and user experience.





Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Strong experience with ReactJS, Tailwind for building modern web applications.
- Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) in React.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with JSON data.
- Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
- Basic knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS.
- Knowledge of Material UI or other React component libraries.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 3+ years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS.
