We are seeking an experienced Frontend Architect React JS to lead the design and development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in React JS, modern JavaScript frameworks, frontend architecture, UI engineering, and cloud-native web application development.

This role requires a hands-on technical leader who can define frontend architecture strategy, establish engineering standards, drive adoption of best practices, and mentor development teams in building enterprise-grade digital experiences.

The Frontend Architect will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend architects, and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, and responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive end-to-end frontend architecture for enterprise-scale web applications.

Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable component-driven architectures using React JS.

Establish frontend engineering standards, coding guidelines, and architectural best practices.

Create and review High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.

Collaborate with Product, UX/UI, Backend, and DevOps teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Define frontend integration patterns with APIs, microservices, and third-party platforms.

Drive adoption of modern frontend technologies, design systems, and reusable component libraries.

Ensure application performance, accessibility, scalability, security, and cross-browser compatibility.

Lead frontend modernization and digital transformation initiatives.

Implement frontend observability practices, including monitoring, analytics, error tracking, and logging.

Drive CI/CD strategies and frontend deployment best practices.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design sessions.

Mentor and guide frontend developers and technical leads.

Identify technical risks, dependencies, and performance bottlenecks.

Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and accessibility standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

1014+ years of software development experience, with significant experience in frontend architecture and UI engineering.

Proven experience architecting large-scale,



enterprise-grade web applications.

Strong leadership experience driving frontend architecture decisions and mentoring teams.

Experience working closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments.

Frontend Architecture Expertise (Primary Skill)

Expert-level proficiency in React JS, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Strong experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, Context API, or Redux Toolkit.

Expertise in building scalable, reusable, and component-driven UI architectures.

Experience designing and implementing enterprise design systems and component libraries.

Strong knowledge of frontend architectural patterns, micro-frontends, and modular applications.

Expertise in responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility.

Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, caching, and rendering optimization.

Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Server-Side Rendering (SSR), and Static Site Generation (SSG).

Experience with frameworks such as Next.js is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of frontend security best practices (XSS, CSRF, CSP, OAuth, JWT).

Integration & API Expertise

Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.

Strong understanding of API-driven and microservices-based architectures.

Experience with API gateways, authentication flows, and secure API consumption.

Familiarity with event-driven integrations and real-time communication using WebSockets or Server-Sent Events.

Cloud & DevOps Expertise

Experience deploying and managing frontend applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Strong understanding of containerization using Docker and frontend deployment strategies.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or Bitbucket Pipelines.

Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform,



CloudFormation, etc.).

Knowledge of CDN implementation, caching strategies, and application delivery optimization.

Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Recent Relic, Sentry, or Cloud Monitoring.

Frontend Engineering Practices

Strong understanding of software design principles, scalability, and maintainability.

Experience implementing micro-frontend architectures.

Expertise in unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing using Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.

Deep knowledge of frontend build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.

Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

Ability to drive technical governance and architecture review processes.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management

Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for frontend engineering initiatives.

Mentor developers, technical leads, and engineering teams.

Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and UX teams to define technology roadmaps.

Lead architecture discussions and influence technology decisions across multiple teams.

Drive innovation and continuous improvement in frontend engineering practices.

Nice to Have

Experience with Next.js, Remix, or other modern React-based frameworks.

Exposure to micro-frontend platforms and module federation.

Experience with GraphQL and API management platforms.

Knowledge of headless CMS platforms and composable architectures.

Experience with PWA (Progressive Web Applications) development.

Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+) and web performance optimization.

Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation programs.

Knowledge of AI-powered user experiences and modern frontend innovations.
