Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a welcoming personality, and the ability to manage guest interactions and front-desk responsibilities efficiently in a busy restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
- Maintain a friendly, confident personality during the work time.
- Manage guest seating and table allocation efficiently.
- Handle reservations, walk-ins, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with service staff and management to ensure smooth guest flow.
- Support other front-of-house operations as required.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in a Front Desk,



Host/Hostess, Reception, or similar customer-facing role preferred. Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Strong guest-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Commerce or related field is mandatory.
