Job Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented HR TA Operations Executive to support recruitment processes, interview coordination, candidate tracking, reporting, and hiring operations while ensuring a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment activities.
- Manage candidate records.
- Manage Excel/ MIS (creating and publishing weekly reports)
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with candidate and stakeholder.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and processes.
- Prepare hiring reports and dashboards.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in TA Operations, Recruitment Coordination, or HR Operations.
- Solid communication, stakeholder management, and Excel skills.
