About the Role

Blackpool LLC is the parent company behind ventures including Aroza and Venue Transform.

We are hiring a Frappe Developer to join Blackpool LLC's technology team and build a centralized CRM solution to support the operations and sales processes of these ventures.

You will work directly with management to understand business requirements and turn them into a practical, scalable CRM using Frappe Framework and Frappe Cloud

.

✅ Automated reminders and notifications

✅ User roles and permissions

✅ Dashboards and management reports

✅ CRM workflows and automation

✅ Website and API integrations

✅ Email / WhatsApp / SMS integrations where required

Key Responsibilities

- Build and customize Blackpool LLC's CRM using Frappe Framework and Frappe Cloud .

- Create and manage DocTypes, Child Tables, workflows, forms, permissions and data relationships .

- Develop backend functionality using Python and frontend functionality using JavaScript .

- Build CRM reports, dashboards, automations and notifications.
- Develop and maintain REST API integrations with external systems.
- Test, debug and maintain CRM functionality.

- Use Git/GitHub and follow proper development and deployment practices.




- Work with management to understand requirements and recommend the right technical solution.

- Maintain clean, secure, documented and scalable code.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on Frappe Framework development experience

- Experience with Frappe Cloud
- Solid Python and JavaScript skills
- Experience with DocTypes, Frappe ORM, workflows, permissions, scripts and hooks

- Knowledge of MariaDB / SQL
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations

- Experience with Git/GitHub
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

- Ability to convert business requirements into working CRM solutions

Strong Advantage

- Experience building a CRM from scratch

- ERPNext CRM / Selling experience
- Experience with Leads, Contacts, Opportunities, Sales Pipelines and Follow-ups
- WhatsApp / SMS / Email integrations
- Experience managing Frappe Cloud production environments

- Experience with CRM dashboards, reports and automation

Important We are not looking for someone who only knows basic Frappe/ERPNext configuration

We need a developer who can independently:

Understand → Design → Develop → Test → Deploy → Debug → Maintain
