We are looking for a highly analytical, commercially minded and execution-focused Growth & Performance Manager to improve how the startup acquires, activates, retains and grows customers. This is not a reporting-only role: you will connect marketing spend, app behaviour, orders, cohorts and retention data to identify funnel gaps and investment opportunities, working closely with founders and cross-functional teams.

1. FP&A; & Financial Planning

- Own the annual operating plan, budgets, forecasts and rolling financial plans.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models covering revenue, costs, profitability, cash flows and business scenarios.
- Track actuals vs. budget/forecast and identify key business drivers and variances.
- Develop scenario models to support strategic and investment decisions.
- Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline and planning.

2. Business & Financial Analytics

- Build robust MIS and management dashboards for founders and leadership.
- Analyse revenue, margins, working capital, cash flows, customer/channel economics and other key business metrics.
- Translate business data into clear insights and recommendations.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities and proactively flag them to the leadership team.

3. Finance Infrastructure & Processes

- Help build and shape the business' financial infrastructure as the company scales.
- Establish scalable processes around budgeting, forecasting, MIS, reporting and financial controls.




- Bring structure to financial data and reporting across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

- CA / CA-qualified / strong finance professional from a high-growth business environment.
- 3–6 years of experience in FP&A;, financial planning, business finance.
- Strong financial modelling and Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Strong understanding of P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow and working capital.
- Experience with MIS, business analytics and management reporting .
- Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting or working directly with founders is highly preferred.
- Experience with e-commerce / quick-commerce / marketplace businesses is a solid advantage.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and converting them into actionable business insights.
- Strong commercial understanding — someone who thinks beyond accounting and understands how money moves through a business .
- Ability to work in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with limited structure.
