Role Description: As a Founding Member at Tattviq Labs Private Limited , you will play a key role in shaping the company’s strategy, products, and culture while contributing hands-on to day-to-day operations.

This full-time hybrid role is based in Mangaluru , with flexibility for some work-from-home (WFH) arrangements. Daily responsibilities may include conducting market and product research, supporting product development discussions, and collaborating with technical and design teams to refine user-centric solutions.

You will help drive sales and marketing initiatives,



engage with customers and partners, and contribute to business development activities that grow the KIKO ecosystem and other deep-tech offerings.

The role also involves preparing presentations, documentation, and communication materials, participating in strategic planning, and actively representing Tattviq Labs in external meetings, events, and communities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand markets, users, and emerging technologies.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder collaboration.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support outreach, lead generation, and relationship-building with customers and partners.
- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to assist in brand building, digital campaigns, and go-to-market activities.
- Beneficial qualifications include experience or interest in AI, IoT, Robotics, Electronics or product development, along with familiarity with startups or early-stage companies.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, science, business, design, or a related field is preferred, with openness to candidates who demonstrate equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, take initiative, learn quickly, and contribute across multiple domains as part of a founding team.
