The role emphasizes developing students analytical, practical, and qualified competencies while supporting the institution's academic standards and strategic objectives through contemporary teaching and research practices.
nKey Responsibilities

Deliver PGDM courses using innovative, interactive, and industry-relevant teaching methodologiesn
Design, develop, and continuously update curriculum in line with emerging industry trends and academic advancementsn
Maintain an active research profile with publications in reputed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)n
Mentor and guide students in academic progression, career development, and research initiativesn




Engage with industry stakeholders for collaborations, live projects, guest lectures, and workshopsn
Contribute to institutional development through participation in academic committees, accreditation processes, and strategic initiativesn
Promote experiential learning through case studies, simulations, and real-world applicationsn

nQualifications & Experience
nGeneral Requirements:

Ph.D. in relevant discipline (mandatory)n
4–5 years of experience in academia, research, or industryn
Strong research track record with recent publications in reputed indexed journals (ABDC, Scopus, Web of Science, or equivalent)n
Demonstrated experience in student mentoring, curriculum design, and creative teaching practicesn
