Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
NIdentify and approach supermarkets, premium grocery stores, gourmet stores and suitable retail outlets across Bengaluru.
NVisit retailers regularlyand present Food & Faith products.
NGenerate recent retail accounts and purchase orders.
NMaintain relationships with store owners, managers and buyers.
NFollow up with existing stores to generate repeat orders.
NEnsure product availability, shelf placement and visibility.
NMonitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.
NCollect retailer/customerfeedback.
NMaintain daily outlet visit and kilometre records.
NSubmit shelf/display photographs and weekly sales reports.
NCandidate Requirements
N 1–3 years of field-sales experience,
preferably in FMCG, packaged food, snacks, spices or grocery.
N Positive knowledge of the Bengaluru retail market.
N Existing relationships withsupermarkets/grocery retailers will be an advantage.
N Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
N Kannada,English & Hindi Preferred
N Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
N Comfortable with extensive daily field travel across Bengaluru.
N Target-oriented and capableof independently developing new retail accounts.
