NSummary: This is a core sales role at Mygate requiring a true Hunter mindset and solid consultative sales skills. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through daily field visits, actively prospecting current leads, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing high-impact deals. You will own the complete sales cycle — from identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and building trust, to negotiating and winning business.

Execute daily field visits to prospect and acquire new clients N
Apply a hunter approachto consistently identify and pursue fresh business opportunities N
Meet and consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored solutions N
Remote Mygate's products/services by positioning value and addressing lenient requirements N
Built, manage and retain strong client relationships while expanding the customer base N
Arrange and lead business meetings, demos and client presentations N




Write proposals, negotiate terms and close deals N
Maintain accurate record of sales, revenue and invoices N
Provide after sales support to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships N

Proven consultative sales skills- ability to listen, diagnose and provide solutions N
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills N
High self-motivation and willingness to work in a target-driven, field-based role N
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy N
Ability to work 6 days a week, with extensive client-facing activities N
