Description Founding Engineer role focused on real-world AI systems, including agentic workflows, orchestration, memory pipelines, and production infrastructure for conversational AI experiences. This is a high-ownership, fast-paced role working closely with the founders.

Role: Founding Engineer — AI / Agentic Systems

Location: Mumbai

Experience

- 2-5 years
- Strong programming fundamentals
- Comfortable learning fast and working independently

Responsibilities

- Build agentic AI systems and multi-agent workflows
- Work on AI orchestration and tool integrations
- Develop memory and retrieval systems
- Build backend infrastructure and APIs
- Create automation pipelines and async systems
- Support product experimentation and rapid iteration
- Ship quickly on real products used by real users
- Work closely with the founders

- Build production-grade infrastructure powering conversational AI experiences over WhatsApp and other platforms
