Roles & Responsibilities

- Drive customer acquisition and growth initiatives across multiple channels

- Execute founder-led strategic and cross-functional projects

- Launch, measure and iterate on growth experiments

- Work across marketing, product and operations to solve business problems

- Use customer and business data to identify opportunities and improve outcomes

Ideal Candidate

- Strong Generalist / Founder’s Office Profile with proven experience working across growth, strategy, business operations, product marketing, consulting, or early-stage startups.

- Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 2+ years of experience working on cross-functional business/growth initiatives, preferably in an early-stage or high-growth environment, with strong ownership, structured thinking, and excellent execution.

- Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have experience building and executing new initiatives from scratch, independently taking ownership of projects and driving them through planning to successful execution.

- Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have experience working closely with founders/senior leadership on strategic projects, business problems, research, planning, or new initiatives.

- Mandatory (Skill 1): Must have strong problem-solving and structured thinking, with the ability to work through ambiguous problems and develop practical solutions.

- Mandatory (Skill 2): Must have solid execution and ownership, with the ability to independently drive projects across multiple functions without constant supervision.

- Mandatory (Skill 3): Must be comfortable with numbers, customer data,



and business data, using insights to identify opportunities, make decisions, and improve outcomes.

- Mandatory (Skill 4): Must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and working across marketing, product, operations, growth, research, and other business initiatives.

- Mandatory (Growth): Must have exposure to customer acquisition, growth initiatives, and experimentation, including launching, measuring, and iterating growth initiatives.

- Mandatory (Company/Background): Candidates from Growth, Founder’s Office, Product Marketing, Strategy, Consulting, or early-stage startups will be considered. Strong consulting/client-facing profiles are also acceptable.

- Mandatory (Stability) – Must have a stable career history, with consistent tenure across previous companies; frequent job-hopping will not be considered

- Mandatory (Exclusion) – Candidates currently working at Stable Money will not be considered

- Mandatory (Environment): Must be comfortable working in a seed-stage WealthTech startup, adapting to ambiguity, fast-paced execution, and changing priorities.

- Mandatory (Compensation Alignment) – Candidate must be comfortable with the compensation structure where the company matches their current CTC without any hike.

- Preferred (Domain): Fintech/WealthTech experience is an added advantage

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
