we are looking for a responsible and energetic Fleet Coordinatore to support and manage delivery partners, improve fleet performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, field coordination experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support delivery partners on a daily basis.
- Assist in onboarding and training new delivery partners.
- Monitor attendance, availability, and productivity of the fleet.
- Track delivery partner performance and identify operational issues.
- Conduct regular field visits and provide on-ground support.
- Resolve delivery partner queries and operational concerns.
- Motivate delivery partners to achieve productivity and performance targets.
- Coordinate with operations and recruitment teams for manpower requirements.
- Ensure delivery partners follow company policies and operational procedures.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and share updates with the management.
- Support fleet expansion and improve delivery partner retention.

Requirements:





- Minimum 1 year of experience in fleet management, field operations, delivery operations, recruitment, or a similar role preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field work and meeting delivery partners.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Valuable problem-solving and team coordination skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
