Role &

- Responsibilities

:

- Identify key issues and perform relevant financial analysis

- Lead smaller assignments or support larger ones under Partner supervision

- Prepare high-quality TS reports and review sections prepared by juniors

- Manage and develop junior staff (including timely feedback)

- Build credibility with clients/targets

- Maintain business contacts for future work





- Participate in proposals and business development

- Ensure timely completion of risk documentation

- Contribute to practice development (sales, people, solutions)

Requirements

- Qualified CA (ideally first attempt)

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services or similar workplace (audit/accounting firms)

- Strong analytical, research, organisational, issue-identification and report-writing skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and budgets under pressure

- Excellent written & spoken English

- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

- Preferable: IFRS knowledge
