We are the India arm of a global clean energy holding company with investments in 15+ active clean energy businesses spanning the entire value chain from production to end use including green data centres, waste-to-energy, electric & hydrogen mobility, hydrogen storage and generation, and hydrogen production. Our portfolio companies operate across APAC, LATAM, Europe, Africa and Asia, backed by investors focused on clean energy, AI infrastructure, digital infrastructure, advanced robotics and quantum computing.

Our India entity was formed to develop, produce and market innovative green hydrogen solutions for energy transformation in the subcontinent, with an expanded focus on ASEAN, the Middle East and Central Asia. We are actively evaluating a pipeline of 15+ clean energy ventures and building collaborations across India, ASEAN, the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe and APAC.

Who We're Looking For

This is a client-facing, deal-oriented role for candidates from Investment Banking, M&A; / Corporate Advisory firms, Big-4 Transaction Advisory, or Private Equity/Venture Capital backgrounds. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in financial modeling and corporate M&A; / transaction execution, and is comfortable engaging directly with investors, promoters, and external stakeholders not just producing back-office analysis.

- Candidates from Financial Research & Analytics firms (equity research, KPO/research-support roles)

Key Responsibilities

- Build, maintain and continuously refine financial models for green hydrogen production, storage, distribution and utilisation projects.
- Support due diligence,



valuation and deal structuring for recent venture evaluations, joint ventures, M&A; and portfolio-company investments across India, ASEAN, the Middle East and Central Asia.
- Prepare business cases, feasibility studies and capital allocation analysis (IRR, NPV, payback, sensitivity/scenario analysis) for prospective clean energy projects.
- Lead fundraising and investor presentation.
- Support with fundraising materials investor decks, data rooms, cap tables and financial sections of information memoranda in coordination with the global leadership team.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting, board packs and investor updates.
- Conduct market, competitor and regulatory research on hydrogen and broader clean energy markets across target geographies (India, ASEAN, Middle East, Central Asia).
- Directly liaise and interface with investors, promoters, portfolio company leadership, and external advisors (banks, auditors, consultants) to support commercial negotiations and project execution this role requires regular client/stakeholder-facing engagement, not solely desk-based analysis.
- Assist in preparing materials for strategic partnerships and government/innovation-ecosystem collaborations (e.g., free-zone, R&D; and venture-building agreements).

Experience Required

- Must come from a front-end, client-facing background in one of the following: Investment Banking, M&A; Advisory, Corporate Advisory, Private Equity/VC, or Big-4 Transaction Advisory / Deal Execution teams.
- Prior corporate finance, FP&A; or infrastructure/project finance experience will be considered only if combined with direct deal/transaction and client-facing exposure.
- Not suitable for: Credit Analysts, Risk Analysts, Debt Placement/Syndication professionals, or candidates from Financial Research & Analytics/equity research firms.
