Job Description: Customer Support Representative (Food Industry - Fresher)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist the in-house sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, and order confirmations.
Order Management: Process customer orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Issue Resolution: Handle complaints and provide effective solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service reports.
Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless service.
Feedback Loop: Collect customer insights and share with product and sales teams for improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, Dairy Technology, or related fields.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of food products, safety, and quality standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
