nWeare looking for a target-driven and field-oriented Senior Manager – Sales responsible for generating leads, meeting clients and closing deals independently.
NCandidates from Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, Real Estate or B2B Sales with strong field-sales and target-achievement experience will be preferred.

Generate current business through field visits, references and networking. N
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to final closure. N
Meet clients, understand requirements and present solar solutions. N
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals. N
Build solid relationships with business owners, CXOs and decision-makers.

Maintain sales pipelineand achieve monthly/annual targets. N
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Engineering and Projects teams for smooth closure. N
Regularly update CRM and sales reports. N

Solid field sales and deal-closing experience. N
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. N
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. N
Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. N
