Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Female Football Coach to train and mentor school students, promote sportsmanship, and build robust football fundamentals. The coach will be responsible for developing players’ skills, fitness, discipline, and teamwork while ensuring student safety and holistic development.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct regular football training sessions for school students
Develop age-appropriate coaching drills, strategies, and fitness routines
Identify and nurture talented players for inter-school and state-level competitions
Prepare teams for tournaments, matches, and sports events
Ensure safety, discipline, and well-being of students during practice and matches
Maintain sports equipment and follow school sports policies
Coordinate with school management and Physical Education department
Encourage teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students
Eligibility & Requirements:
C License (AIFF or equivalent)
- Preferred:
Experience in coaching school-level or youth football teams
Strong knowledge of football rules, techniques, and training methods
Good communication and student-handling skills
Passion for working with children and youth
