Working Days - 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Timings are 9 am to 5 pm

A. Key Responsibilities
Clinical Documentation & Compliance:
Accurately complete and submit clinical notes, service reports, and quality ‑ assurance forms on schedule.
Adhere to the Centre’s confidentiality and data‑protection policies.
Assessment & Counselling:
Conduct initial screenings and mental‑health assessments to identify client needs.
Share assessment findings and recommended care options with children and their families.
Provide one‑on‑one and group behavioural‑health counselling under supervision.
Professional Development:
Participate in staff training sessions, workshops, and case‑review meetings.
Take on additional duties as assigned by the management team.

B. Qualifications




Currently enrolled in (or recently graduated from) a degree program in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling, Special Education, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and qualified ethics.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine interest in working with children on the autism spectrum.

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
