Job Summary
1.To be able to manage 120 cover Lounge restaurant with Bar knowledge. should have knowledge in costing and controlling It. Should be presentable with fair knowledge in Customer interaction and Asian type of food, liquor and beverage.

Manage 120 cover restaurant as per the company SOP's
Staffs recruitment and training
Coordinate with kitchen and service
Providing 'WOW' experience to the guests
