Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Conduct onboarding and product training sessions for current sales employees.
Train the sales team on communication skills, objection handling, sales techniques, and closing strategies.
Monitor sales calls and provide feedback for performance improvement.
Develop training materials, SOPs, and sales scripts.
Identify skill gaps and create improvement plans for the team.
Conduct regular refresher training sessions.
Track training effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with managers to improve team productivity and sales targets.
Maintain training records and ensure process compliance.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or similar role.




Strong knowledge of sales processes and customer handling.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to motivate and mentor teams.
Positive understanding of CRM tools and sales reporting.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic industry will be an advantage.
Ability to handle large teams and conduct group training.
Confident personality with robust interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
