Position Summary:
The Cross-Border Documentation Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing cross-border documentation and appointment coordination to support compliant, productive, and customer-focused import and export operations. This role requires sound judgment, discretion, and professionalism in decision-making, with a focus on balancing the best interests of the company, customers, and internal teams while facilitating the seamless movement of freight.
Major Tasks are mentioned below:
Forward work orders to Order Entry
Monitor track and trace activity for rail arrivals
Create and manage cross-border documentation.
Coordinate, schedule, and update import/export appointments.
Communicate with customers regarding appointments.
Prepare customs documentation (ACI, ACE, remanifest, etc.).
Ensure customs documents are created and uploaded on Port Pro
Submit documents for customs clearance and rail release.
Resolve customer issues related to documentation or appointments
Work with brokers to explicit/resolve documentation processing
Ensure the required documents are provided to the drivers.
Communicate with the drivers regarding the pickup, delivery, and the appointment schedule.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
