Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning
Drive store sales and achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a premium shopping experience
Lead, train, and motivate store staff to maximize productivity and performance
Monitor retail KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall
Ensure effective visual merchandising and adherence to brand standards
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and shrinkage control
Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution of escalations
Coordinate with internal departments for operational efficiency
Maintain compliance with company SOPs, policies, and audit standards

Key Requirements




Minimum 3 years of experience in apparel retail as an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager
Strong understanding of retail sales and store operations
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented retail environment

Preferred Skills
Experience in kidswear, fashion, or lifestyle retail brands
Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management
Familiarity with POS systems and retail software

Compensation & Advantages
