Role & Responsibilities:
Providing Training on Spoken English and Personality Development.
Mentoring the students through English Communication, Grammar, Resume Writing and Personality Development.
Based on learning and supporting them.
Will be conducted in the house as well as corporate training for our esteemed clients and supporting soft skills and grooming.
Conducting interview training for fresher & experienced resources
Developing, understanding and implementing different methods of measuring the effectiveness of training programs
Coordinate with different teams regarding TNA(Training Need Analysis)
Revising technical training programs according to organizational requirements
Observe and evaluate the results of training programs
Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.

Job Types: Full time, Part time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
