Job Responsibilities:
Visit and Meet all the customers for which the FC/LOD Requests have been raised.
Meet customer to understand the concern related to the FC/LOD requests and resolve the concerns by meeting his requirements within specific company guidelines and policies
Retain the customer by offering better Rate of Interest (ROI) or Top-Up Loan as per the defined policy norms and guidelines
Process the top-up or current loan requirement of existing customers as a normal sales process i.e. login the file as per process and follow all steps till disbursal of the loan.
Daily update of the case details in the system with detailed analysis and discussion.
Send the appropriate offer to the customer through system and share the status update of the cases on daily basis
Daily co-ordinate with local sales team for the assigned cases.
Attend daily cadence calls for the cases assigned and share case and market feedback
Strictly adhere to the defined Retention policy guidelines and norms
Daily sharing of MIS of the cases assigned
Compensation: As per defined policy for M2/M3 grade
Bonus / Incentive: Incentive structure as per defined guidelines
