Location: Eastern India (West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam - as per site requirements)
Job Type: Part time / Pay-per-visit basis
Key Responsibilities:
Visit industrial plants and sites across Eastern India to take accurate measurements of couplings, pulleys, shafts, and related components
Prepare precise 2D CAD drawings based on site measurements and requirements
Assist in preparing manufacturing drawings, modification drawings, and dimensional reports:
Coordinate with engineers to finalise drawings for production and procurement
Maintain systematic records of measurements and drawings
Requirements:
ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Draughtsman or Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of mechanical components, especially couplings, pulleys, gear couplings,
taper lock pulleys, etc.:
Proficiency in AutoCAD (knowledge of SolidWorks or other CAD software is a plus)
Confident in using measurement instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Depth Gauge, etc.)
Willingness to travel across the Eastern zone of India for site work
