The Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA)



Qualified ensures that all incoming raw materials, components, and purchased parts meet defined quality requirements before release to production. The role includes supplier quality management, incoming inspection control, non-conformance handling, continuous improvement of incoming quality processes, and coordination of crisis management activities in the event of supplier-related quality issues. in alignment with global quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare product-specific and part-specific Control Plans for incoming inspection activities.
Ensure latest drawings, specifications, control plans, and material standards are available and accessible to incoming quality inspectors.
Define inspection methods, sampling plans, and acceptance criteria based on drawings and applicable standards.
Maintain document control and revision management for inspection-related documents.
